Devil’s Backbone Adventure Resort is a full-service off-road destination outside historic Matewan with direct access to Hatfield-McCoy Trail 59. The resort offers cabins, RV sites, deluxe tents, two pools, restaurants, fuel, trail permits, a store, laundry, SxS rentals, and an on-site machine wash.
